Gonoshasthaya Samaj Vittik Medical College is a private medical school in Bangladesh, established in 1998. It is located in Savar Upazila, in the Dhaka District of the Dhaka Division. It is affiliated with Dhaka University.
It admits 50 students every year to a five-year course of study leading to a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree. A one-year internship after graduation is compulsory for all graduates. The courses are approved by The University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Ministry of Education. The degree is recognized by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council.
The college has five academic hospitals: Savar, Dhanmondi, Gazipur, Pabna at Kashinathpur, and Gaibandha. The college has an additional 17 primary health centers.

The objective of the Gono Bishwabidyalay is to foster the national and global development process through the creation of a center of excellence in higher education that is responsive to society's needs, particularly social development and human welfare as well as to produce highly skilled manpower, visionary leaders and enlightened citizen by imparting high quality higher education and training so that the individuals can personal potentials.
In the lap of nature free from the din and bustle of city life, Bangladesh Government-approved GB is situated in the Gonoshasthaya Kendra (GK) complex savar. It is now functioning in KG's building and its own building is under construction on campus on 10 acres of land donated by the GK trust. It is only one hour's drive from Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh, and well connected with its surrounding areas.
Gono Bishwabidyalay offers special subjects for studying with a focus on certain aspects of the people of Bangladesh, Gender issues, Ethics Equity, and Environmental science in order to equip them with the knowledge and skill necessary for becoming a complete human being both academically and psychologically. The excellent broad outlook for education makes them skilled and competent for development.
