Medical College of the State would be subject to the outcome of Writ Petition (Civil) No. 682 of 2022 & 646 of 2023 pending in the Hon'ble Supreme Court in which this college is Intervener Petitioner (I.A no. 138339/2023 and 138344/2023) and the State Government, Central Government and National Medical Commission are already party Respondents.
NRI Tuition fee is to be paid either in USD or as per current equivalent amount in Indian currency as per conversion rate applicable on the date of payment.
