Government Medical College, Medak (GMC Medak), established in 2023, is one of the newest government medical colleges in Telangana. The college obtained its Letter of Permission (LOP) from the National Medical Commission (NMC) on 13th September 2024 and has an annual MBBS intake of 50 seats.

Located in the rice-rich region of Medak, also historically known as Methukudurgam or Methuku Seema, the institution is affiliated to Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Warangal. The college is attached to a 250-bed teaching hospital that provides comprehensive healthcare including medical, surgical, maternity, childcare, and diagnostic facilities.
