Chattagram Maa-O-Shishu Hospital Medical College (CMOSHMC) is one of the top-ranking private medical colleges in Bangladesh. It is approved by the Government of Bangladesh and is recognized by Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC). The college is affiliated with the University of Chittagong (2nd largest public University in Bangladesh).
The college was established in 2005 by Chattagram Maa-O-Shishu Hospital authority. It started functioning in 2006 with 50 students in MBBS Course. Now it has the capacity to enroll 100 students in each session. Meanwhile different postgraduate courses have been open which are approved and recognized by different competent authorities (BMDC, BCPS, BSMMU, and others). The college has state of art facilities for teaching, training, and services. The performance of students is praiseworthy. They secure top positions in different professional examinations at the University of Chittagong.
