FEES OTHER THAN ACADEMIC FEE

• REGISTRATION FEE is Rs. 2000 for all semesters.
• EXAMINATION FEE for each semester is separate and shall be notified to the student at the beginning of each academic year.
• CAUTION MONEY Rs 7500 (Refundable) is payable once at time of admission.
• ENROLLMENT FEE Rs 5000 (Non-refundable) payable once at time of admission.
  Odd semester fee submission date: – 1st June (1st Semester to pay on the date of admission)
  Even semester fee submission date: – 15th December.

SCHOLARSHIPS (Academic session 2022-23)

Merit Based Scholarship

• The merit-based scholarship will be applicable for the complete duration of the course unless stated otherwise in the admission letter.
• A merit scholarship is offered only as part of the academic fee and is not applicable to any other component of the fee structure.

Alumni-Based Scholarship– 25% on an annual academic fee.

• Applicable to all alumni and wards of staff members of sister concern institutes.

namely- SKIT, VIT, VTS- Jaipur/Nagaur/Bikaner, MEC and SKIP Bikaner.

• Only staff members who have completed two years in the above-listed institutes shall be eligible.

Sports Scholarship

Special Scholarship 10% on the annual application fee.

• Applicable to wards of Defense personnel, Ex-serviceman, para-military services, war widows, and gallantry award holders.
• Applicable to students with NCC, NSS, or Scouts certification at the school level.
• Applicable to wards of Corona Warriors.

Government Scholarship – As per the applicable scheme

• Scholarships under this category are offered by various state and central government schemes by departments like Samaj Kalyan Vibhag or Social Justice and Empowerment department, etc.
• The students are expected to apply for the appropriate scholarships and inform the university scholarship cell about the same, for due correspondence to the relevant authorities.

HOSTEL FEE

(Academic Session 2022-23)

(Applicable to all Students from 1^st to Final Year)

Hostel fee Schedule

• Room Booking – 10^th May (Except 1^st Semester)
• Booking Amount for Sl. No. 1 to 3 is Rs 10,000/- for all others Rs 20, 000/-.

The booking Amount once paid will not be refunded.

• 1^st Installment: –   1^st June.
• 2^nd Installment: – 1^st October.
• 3^rd Installment: –   1^st February.
