The various topics covered under this science are Samhitha Siddhanta (Basic Principles & Sanskrit),Rachana Sharir(Anatomy),KriyaSharir (Physiology),RogaNidanaEvumVikrutiVigyan ( Etio Pathology),DravyaGuna (Pharmacology & Pharmacognosy),Rasa Shastra & BhaisajyaKalpana (Pharmaceutics),Panchakarma (Therapeutics),SvastaVrtta ( Achievement of Good Health and Climatology with stages of Disease),Physicians, Therapeutics including wholesome locality and Procedures. Faculty of Indian Medical System, SGT University, was established in the year 2015 with an intake capacity of 100 seats. Seats are filled through counselling by MD University. The College is attached to a teaching hospital of bed strength 100. It has facilities for Panchakarma, Ksharasutra, Wellness centre, Herbal garden, and well equips all subject labs which are full-fledged.
