Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JLNMC), Ajmer, established in 1965, is one of Rajasthan’s premier government medical colleges and the fourth medical college in the state. Named after India’s first Prime Minister, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the college has been recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC) since 1973.
The college is affiliated with Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS), Jaipur and offers MBBS, MD/MS, DM and diploma courses. Known for its pioneering role in cardiology services, JLN Ajmer was the first medical college in Rajasthan to establish a dedicated cardiology division (1989).
