• Signature (If Uploaded Incorrectly)

3. Address Modification

• Permanent Address
• Present Address

• If changes affect the fee amount, an additional payment is required.
• Once submitted, no further changes can be made.

How to Correct NEET UG 2025 Application Form?

Follow these step-by-step instructions to edit your form:

Step 1: Visit the Official Website

Step 2: Login to Your Account

• Enter your Application Number & Password
• Click on “Correction in Application Form”

Step 3: Make the Necessary Changes

• Edit the required fields as per the allowed changes

• If the correction impacts your fee category, pay the difference online
