NOTE: - THE MESS WILL BE CLOSED AFTER 9:30 PM.
Keeping in view the Health Hygiene & Nutrition of the students residing in the hostel the management committee of National Medical College has made arrangements for canteen in different hostels on this campus.
Rules:-
1. All the Hostellers will have to take their food to their respective canteen.
2. The food means Bed tea in the morning, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Milk/Egg at bedtime.
3. Food will be supplied as per fixed menu prescribed.
4. There will be fixed time for canteen.
5. Room service is not allowed except if student is ill.
6. Once a month the students can take food outside the canteen with prior written information to the canteen contractor in prescribed form.
7. The students will have to pay extra charge for the snacks, and cold drinks taken extra to prescribed menu as per fixed rate.
8. If there is more than 2 days holiday in the college, those students who go home with proper written permission and written information to the mess contractor they will not be charged for food during this period.
9. If there are some complaints about the food, the student is directed to inform the contractor & the canteen committee. Students cannot take direct action on the waiters & workers of the canteen.
10. If the students will stay in the hostel during long holidays & vacations they should inform the canteen contractor to prepare food for them.
11. No students will be allowed to take the law into their own hands in case of any discrepancy in the food.
12. Canteen will provide only the prescribed items.
13. Disciplinary actions will be taken against the students who violate the rules & regulations of the canteen.
14. Rules & regulations may be changed for better running of the canteen at any time.
